A. SHIPPING COSTS
We do not charge anything for shipping whether the product is shipped in USA.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
For most of our products shipments are in transit for 4 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 2-3 days (Monday to Friday).
At the bottom of every product page you'll find out the estimated shipping time.
How do you ship?
We ship orders from our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA and from some international warehouses using USPS mostly, Standard Shipping and occasionally UPS & Fedex. After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order.
But please note, we only ship items to within all the states of the USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and all the Armed Forces Bases. And we don't ship to any other location out of USA.
International Shipping Policy
BigBoxDeal does not ship internationally.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please get in touch with our customer service and send some photos showing all you got in the package and the damaged area.
